An Account is required to purchase from us,your account details must meet the specified requirements,all information must be true and complete,
needed documents,products that are sent to you will be sent from the information obtained from your account and we are not held responsible
for you not receiving documents,products due to incorrect information.

Warranty


All products that contain a warranty period need to be installed by a company that is specialized in IT and a proof of an installation slip will be
needed for a successful warranty claim,warranty is important to us,please follow the necessary precautions so that your warranty stays in place
follow the warranty warning on box and get a proof of an installation slip,products will not be replaced if warranty is broken.

Check Out


All products selected for cart will not have a refund policy and all products will be sent once payment is received so make sure before you check out
that all items in your cart is that,that you selected.

Payments

Please wait for stock confirmation via e-mail before proceeding with payment after your order has been placed.

All payments made for products will need a proof of payment sent to us in order for us to release the product(s) for packing and to see the
reflection of your payment on our side,payments made to us that we do not receive due to wrong entry of details is your responsibility.



Return/Exchange policy 

Item(s) purchased from Gamer Tech must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a
Refund or Exchange: Item(s) must be in original packaging and sealed,brand new condition
and unused. Item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.
item(s) must contain a copy of Invoice.  

Exchange Under warranty

Item(s) purchased from Gamer Tech must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a
Exchange Under warranty: Item(s) must be in original packaging,condition of Item(s) must
be without physical damage or Software damage this is not standard to malefaction software
.Item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of the first communication about item(s) to Gamer
Tech and will be send back within 2 to 5 working day(s) of reviving the item(s) on free delivery
.item(s) that contain physical or Software damage under inspection or does not come in original
packaging is voiding warranty and will not be exchange under warranty and will be sent
back with a C.O.D courier to client.

All item(s) sent back to Gamer Tech for Return/Exchange policy or Exchange Under warranty
must be sent via courier from client paid by client to Gamer Tech and Gamer Tech take's no
responsibility to physical damage to packaging or the item(s),Gamer Tech is not responsible
for courier back to client if item(s) do not meet the requirements required in Return/Exchange policy
or Exchange Under warranty.
